Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://oliverasroofinghomeservices.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Commercial Roofing, Metal Roof Installation, Residential Roofing, Roof Installation, Roof Leak Repair, Shingle Roof Repair provided by Olivera's Roofing & Home Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Olivera's Roofing & Home Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Olivera's Roofing & Home Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Olivera's Roofing & Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Olivera's Roofing & Home Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TN.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
